A scooter has collided with a tipper parked near the eastern gate of Singha Durbar in Anamnagar

Kathmandu, August 11 – A scooter has collided with a tipper parked near the eastern gate of Singha Durbar in Anamnagar of Kathmandu. On Tuesday night, a scooter (Ba 2 Ba 7589) had collided with a tipper (Pradesh-3-01-006 KH 0797).

Scooter driver Sandesh Budhathoki, who was critically injured in the accident, died at the Civil Hospital while undergoing treatment, said SP Sanjiv Sharma of the Traffic Police Division. Sandesh, 29, of Surkhet had been living in Samakhusi.

A scooter driven by Budhathoki had collided with a tipper loaded with construction materials of the Parliament building under construction inside Singha Durbar. The tipper driver has been taken under control by the Metropolitan Police Circle, Singha Durbar.
