Kathmandu, July 14 – The right and bonus proposal of Radhi Hydropower has been passed by the general meeting. The general meeting of the company held on Tuesday unanimously passed the proposal to issue bonus and rights shares from the board of directors.
It has passed a proposal to issue 36.5 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 147.52 percent (95,35,760 shares) of the capital remaining after the bonus to be distributed to the shareholders from the last fiscal year’s profit.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the company, the chairman has also passed the agendas including the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77, the audit report for the fiscal year 2076/77 and the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
After the bonus, the paid-up capital of Radhi Power Company has reached Rs 646.44 million, while the paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.60 billion after the rights shares.
