Kathmandu, July 22 – Malung Khola Hydropower Company is going to issue seven lakh 36 thousand 286 lots of IPO. A total of 684,746 lots have been allotted to the public for the IPO to be opened on July 30.
The Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEB) had given permission for the issuance of 7,36,286 IPOs on July 8, amounting to Rs. 73,628,600. Out of which 14 thousand 726 units have been allocated for employees and 36 thousand 814 units for collective investment funds. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 684,746 IPO lots.
A minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 100,000 lots can be applied for in an IPO. The company has stated that the IPO sale will be closed soon till July 6 and late on July 11. The IPO sales manager is Siddhartha Capital.
