India, August 4 – In India, an additional 42,625 people have been infected with the corona virus. The total number of people infected with the corona virus has reached 31.769 million, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Tuesday.

The number of active infected people in India is still four lakh, 10 thousand 353. This number is 1.29 percent of the total infected. The corona virus has killed 562 people in India in the last 24 hours. The total number of deaths due to corona infection has reached 4,25,757, ministry officials said.

In the last 24 hours, 36,668 people in India have been infected with the corona virus. Since the outbreak of the corona virus in India, the total number of people infected with the virus has risen to 39,22,354.

According to government officials, 97.37 percent of the total infected have been infected. So far, 473.142 million people have been tested for the corona virus. A total of 1.847 million 518 corona were tested on the same day yesterday.

A vaccination campaign against the corona virus was launched in India on January 16. Since then, 485.286 million 570 doses of corona virus have been vaccinated.
