Central committee meeting of CPN-UML’s Madhav Nepal faction begins, more than 70 Central Committee members participate

Kathmandu, August 5 – Central committee meeting of CPN-UML’s Madhav Nepal has started. The meeting has started at the Quality Banquet in Buddhanagar.

Leaders of Madhav Nepal have come from all over the country to participate in the meeting.

A standing committee meeting was held before the central committee meeting.

It is said that the agenda of the central committee meeting has been decided by the standing committee meeting. According to UML leaders, the final decision on whether to split the party will be taken at today’s meeting.

The secretariat of Madhav Nepal’s side informed that more than 70 central members physically participated in today’s meeting. Similarly, the secretariat claims that 15 people have suggested the meeting in writing.

A meeting of the Central Committee of the Nepali side is underway in the capital to formulate its views.
