Kathmandu, July 28 – The meeting of the executive committee of Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal (JSP) is still being held today. The meeting, which will be held at the party’s office in Balkumari at 1 pm, will decide what to do with the 16 leaders of Mahanta Thakur’s party in the 51-member executive committee.
Out of the 51-member executive members, 16 had voted against the JSP’s authority while Resham Chaudhary has remained neutral. As Mahanta Thakur’s party is still claiming that they are still in the party, the party will clarify something about them today, said executive member Ram Sahay Yadav.
However, the party has formed a 34-member executive committee yesterday.
The meeting will also discuss the expansion and adjustment of the JSP and the sending of ministers to the federal government.
